It's been a minute, but I'm excited to share that our little bonbon is here! Baby Audra arrived earlier than expected, on Dec 5.

With that being said, the chocolate shop will remain closed over the holidays but when there is some semblance of routine in sight, I will reopen for business (sometime in the new year). I will be sure to keep you all posted. Happy Holidays! 🥰😘

There's a reason I've been MIA the last little while. I've been creating a very special, limited edition bonbon😍🎀.

I've oddly had only one thing that makes me feel sick, and it's the smell of melted chocolate/cacao butter! For that reason and because the heat of summer has posed a challenge in creating, I've taken a temporary hiatus, but as soon as the weather cools down I'm hoping to be back in action. I've missed you! See you soon ❤

I'm still here! Been quiet as I haven't been feeling quite myself as of late. The warm weather certainly has been lovely ☀️. Unfortunately, it's chocolate's worst enemy. So, I have to make the decision to temporarily suspend shipping. Local pick up is still available, but please do be reminded that I need at least 72 hours to prep your order.

When I first started making caramel, I used to ruin it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME 😳. I couldn't figure out why it kept crystalizing in the pan. These days, I can make caramel with my eyes closed🙈... but I don't, because I love to see that golden colour emerge out of a clear sugary syrup.

I wait for my caramel to deepen into a richer tone. I sprinkle a touch of heaven ☁️ (aka English sea salt) into dark chocolate shells before piping in that smooth, creamy delight, which helps to balance out the sweetness. *Chef's kiss*

That's your ultimate favourite. Salted Caramel.

When I design a collection, I try to harmonize the colours in each box. There was something about the Mint in the Classic that just wasn't pulling together the visual for me. I tried numerous techniques and I think I've finally landed on one that I love! Hard to see in the photo but it's a black fade into green with an antique gold heart.

The Classic will now include this version of Mint. I hope you're as pleased as I am!
