🆘I considered this a hair emergency

My initial reaction ! I WAS MORTIFIED !

👉I have been in the industry for over 25 years +
I have never ever been left completely heartbroken with a guest. I have never will never bad mouth or trash another hairdresser

➡️ BUT…as a professional business owner of Milanohair_extensions | hairdresser …. this was completely unacceptable unprofessional behavior for our industry.

➡️ the previous unprofessional Hairdresser had colored and highlighted her hair which left her hair a mess !

➡️ Her hair was completely mangled matted her hair extensions were glued into her own hair…. YES you read correctly! Not sure what kind of glue …. But it was glue even in the tape weft ..

➡️ ➡️ Hair Extensions consisted of fusions | Tape in extensions
⚠️ The hair extensions installed were USED HAIR from someone else …. ⚠️ YES YOU ARE READING CORRECTLY!!
👉 Her tapes were blonde and red !!!
( not sure where the red came into it )

⚠️Purel hand sanitizer was used to remove her hair extensions… YES U READ RIGHT ! From the previous hairdresser… and the hair was not washed for color service!!!
