It’s almost time. The official grand opening of the Arboretum is tomorrow!
This has been a dream built together with all of you, and it would not have been possible without your incredible support, encouragement, and enthusiasm for gaming and this found family we have all built together. Every shared moment of gaming, to late-night conversations, to every hello and welcome said along the way has helped make this milestone a reality.
Now it’s time to celebrate together and open our doors for the first time. Join us as we mark the beginning of this exciting new chapter with games, great company, and plenty of fun planned for the weekend ahead.
What to expect:
🗓️Friday Aug 14th - Sunday Aug 16th we are open for extended hours 11AM - midnight
📍We will be located at 118-171 East Liberty Street, in the Liberty Market Building just North of Exhibition GO.
🎲Our stay & play sitting fee will be discounted for the general public, and members can stay and play for free all weekend long! Our game experts will be on hand as always to help make community introductions and teach games.
🪑If we get busy, we also have overflow tables booked with our local partners. Meet up at the Arboretum, and we will help to coordinate.
📝If you have any game requests, please comment/DM and we will make sure to pack it and have it available to borrow. You can, of course, bring your own games too. We love seeing the shelf of shame turn into plan and play!
🏆We will have a “Shoot Your Shot” crokinole board station where you can win discounts to your purchases and prizes from our local partners
🧋The first 25 gamers through the door starting at 11:30 AM Saturday will receive a very sweet treat upon arrival.
Whether you’ve been with us from the start or are discovering us for the first time, we can’t wait to welcome you and thank you for being part of this journey. See you soon!
