Coming out of 2020, the world had changed, and beauty services were no longer accessible to everyone.

I created Elevate Brows for two reasons. I was seeing brow lamination kits on the market that were damaging brow hairs and burning skin, and I knew the cost of professional services was out of reach for some people.

With my experience, I wanted to create a kit that people could use more safely at home, with clear instructions and education to guide them. Making brow lamination more accessible and affordable became my mission, and I set out to make it happen.

Yes. Here's exactly what your first time looks like:

🧼 Cleanse: clean, dry brows 1️⃣ Step 1: softens and lifts the hairs so you can brush them up 2️⃣ Step 2: sets them in place 3️⃣ Step 3: conditions, so they feel soft, not crispy

Is DIY brow lamination safe? Great question, and you deserve a real answer, not a sales pitch.

It can be safe when three things line up:

1. The product. Many lamination solutions use the same chemistry as perms. Elevate Brows is Korean formulated and made without thioglycolate or ammonia, because brows sit right on your facial skin.

2. The timing. Over-processing is the most common way brows get dry or damaged. Ours has clear timing by brow type and a 10-minute maximum.

3. You. Always patch test, and skip it if the skin around your brows is irritated, peeling, sunburned, or reacting to retinol.

We spent 15 years behind the brow chair before creating this kit. DIY should mean do it yourself, never figure it out yourself.

How long does brow lamination actually last?

It's the #1 question we get, so let's make it practical. 🤎

Most people get 4–6 weeks of brush-and-go brows. But here's what nobody tells you: lamination only changes the hairs present on the day you do it. Your brows are always growing, so new hairs slowly come in un-lifted. That's not the lamination failing. It's just your natural cycle.

To make yours last: ✔️ Keep them dry for about 24 hours ✔️ Brush them into place each morning ✔️ Condition between laminations (that's why Elevate Brows includes a conditioning Step 3) ✔️ Wait at least 6 weeks before your next one

Ten minutes at home, weeks of not thinking about your brows. That's the whole point.

Launching in the UK back in May was one of the most exciting moments of my journey as a small business owner.
