The SIP structurally insulated panels what is it? Includes structure frame, insulation, simulated wall board inside, metal roofing so walls are thin but heat retention is high and no frame needed! Also one can reuse the panels for different applications like garages, work sheds, larger homes at a later date. Or you can just re sell them and ship to another location. Reduces the number of trades to build, two day assembly, easy remote assembly.
We can quote on: storage, kitchen mil work, low voltage lights, regular voltage electricity, solar panel power, incinerator toilet, shower, sink, plumbing, regular electric outlets - you can also just use your local trades to complete just like any other house.

There are three standard mini homes in one container. We also make a smaller version and a larger version so three models but we can also easily customize the size somewhat by adding or taking away a set of panels. We can also do a half size version if that’s all you need.
