Ethel is a 20th century design shop in Toronto at 1781 Danforth Ave., just east of Coxwell subway. We focus on affordable mid-century furniture and accessories, ranging from Danish Modern to Plastic Pop, with an emphasis on Canadian design.

My horoscope said I should prioritize rest and mindful self-care today but my bank account says I should open the store. So I'm opening Ethel - 20th Century Living today on my last Sunday off this summer. Come on down to the Danforth and say hi.

Even though we are closed on Sundays in July and August, we are opening the store today because we had to close early on Friday. So come on down to the Danforth and say hi!
