With the second lockdown in full swing here in Toronto, we've made some changes to our service! Rest assured, we're still open...ish!

Now, more than ever, it's important to be diligent about following social distancing and keeping each other safe. With that said, here are the ways that we're doing our part and complying with lockdown regulations:

🖼️REGULARLY SCHEDULED FRAMING

Thankfully, our suppliers are still up and running. This means we're still chugging along and can frame whatever you throw at us! This includes, well... 🎄🎄🎄 To our customers who have already placed orders: we're working away on them as we speak.

💻VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

With the powers of Zoom, a tripod, and a computer, we are fully equipped to offer you the level of service you've come to know us for. Whether it's a remote consultation, a virtual shopping tour, or looking to get a starting idea for design, we're happy to schedule you in!

📬CURBSIDE ASSISTANCE

No contact, no problem! We are still taking in art at this time, as well as making sure our clients can grab their finished pieces. Just let us know when you're coming by! Due to lockdown restrictions, plus the stress of WFH, we're doing our best to be flexible and accomodating. If you need to drop by a bit after close, or what have you, just let us know.

While it's going to be a tough time for us all, we don't plan on going anywhere any time soon. 2020 marks our 27th year on Queen St. W! We'd like to take this moment to very sincerely thank each and every one of you for being such a huge part of what makes Off the Wall such a special shop. PSA to our dear clients - your girls need a break! For the first time ever, the shop will be closed for labour day long weekend - we will be back open on Tuesday for regular business hours. We hope everyone has a safe and relaxing long weekend! 🌞🌿💙

We’re happy to announce that we’re back open by APPOINTMENT ONLY for the time being!

We feel confident that this will allow for proper physical distancing while in the shop, as well as stringent sanitization in between consultations.

To help keep each other safe, we’re asking that you join us in wearing a mask while in the shop.
