Join us for a guided tasting featuring funky Lambics from Lambiek Fabriek, one of Belgium’s most exciting new blenders.

In partnership with Horizon Beers, we’ll be pouring five wild-fermented gems—including the Juicy & Wild series and their traditional Oude Geuze and Oude Kriek. These beers are spontaneously fermented and aged in oak barrels in the heart of Pajottenland—a small region southwest of Brussels known as the birthplace of Lambic Beer.

Last week’s Trappist Beer tasting was one for the books. Big thanks to our favourite Belgian beer importer, Kyle from Horizon Beers, for guiding us through the full Rochefort range, Orval, St. Bernardus, and even a surprise 2007 Westmalle Tripel (cheers ). There were stories told, there were new friendships forged, and yes—Tucker may have passed out. More beer tastings coming soon at the shop. Stay tuned! 🍻
