Laurie's Crafty Creations

Laurie's Crafty Creations Handmade custom Jewellery, custom charms Laurie Poirier is a Toronto Artisan who has been crafting in various forms since childhood.

As an adult, she began paper crafting and through that found her passion for jewellery making. Laurie has shown her work in many venues in Toronto such as Art in the Valley, Artisans at Work, Sick Kids Hospital and various local shows over the past eight years. Her love of jewellery making has included stringing, resin work, beading and wire work, but when she tried Chainmaille for the first time,

her love and talent was obvious

Laurie also teaches her love of jewellery to all ages and levels from children in schools to seniors in Church groups. Laurie has been selling at craft shows for eight years and teaching for the past six years at Michael's, John Bead Outlet, Gem Expo, Craftandian and her own private home studio. I am so sad to be missing Scarborough Rib Fest. It's the first time in years, but I'm waiting for knee replacement surgery, and just can't do any of my shows this year. Still teaching classes though!
