rd Floor Studio is a Toronto based women’s clothing line founded by Shoshanah Kuper, a Ryerson University Fashion Design Graduate. 3rd Floor Studio focuses on creating pieces that are easy to wear that make women feel confident at any occasion, from casual to cocktail. Every garment is made locally in Toronto, Canada.

3rd Floor Studio has been recently named “One of the Coolest Brands Coming Out

of Toronto” (Elle Canada), one of the “Must See Booths” at the One of a Kind Show (Now Magazine) and awarded “Best Dressed” at the National Ballet Gala (Fashion Magazine). You can also see 3rd Floor Studio worn at the Toronto Film Festival, the Canadian Screen awards, on many Canadian talk shows and in the pages of many magazines. Instagram

These pieces are made from the most joyful 100% printed cotton courtesy of G.k Fashion Fabrics and I’ve just enough for something special for you! Everything is handmade by me, fully French seamed (no serging or raw edges here), and pre-washed/shrunk.

Hello, friend! 👋

It’s been a while — over six years since I closed the doors to 3rd Floor Studio — but I thought it was finally time to bust the seam open. 🪡

I’m Shoshanah, your Toronto-based, former fashion-designer friend who you lovingly bought many a dress from pre-pandemic. Since then, I’ve worn many hats, eventually finding the right fit for myself professionally in private childcare.

But lately, I’ve been feeling the pull to make things again.

After years of neglecting old Alfonso (my trusty sewing machine), I dusted him off and remembered just how much I love creating beautiful things for all of you. Women’s dresses. Jumpsuits. Tops. Kids’ clothes. Baby things….Halloween costumes 🤓

So, consider this my little return to the fold.
