At Cuddle for Keeps, I handcraft weighted and personalized Birth Bears, Bereavement Bears and Buddie Bears in support of neonatal, maternal and mental health care. Every sale contributes to various organizations dedicated to advancing these critical areas. Inspired by my 15+ year career in healthcare, the loss of my first child to stillbirth, and my passion for connecting with people’s stories and

journeys, Cuddle for Keeps is my way of bringing awareness to causes that matter and giving back in a way that allows further research and conversations. Cuddle for Keeps bears are for kids, older adults and all ages in between. I'm a one-woman show, designing and hand-crafting every single bear, with a strong squad of cheerleaders behind me. I’m grateful to the many people in my life, near and far, who have inspired the chapters of my story. I hope that Cuddle for Keeps inspires a small chapter of yours. Between home renos, work (yes, I have a full time job), kids, and everything else life has to offer, I’ve been very quiet on here. I’ll be back fully, soon.
I moved my sewing space (more on that later) and am getting used to my new set up.
Bears are still being made and sent to their new homes 🏠💕
For now, I’ll leave you with this sweet bear that’s weighs 6lbs. 1oz. in memory of “G”.

This bear is a full circle moment. is off the transplant list, living with her hero heart donor. When I gifted a Birth Bear to Sloane’s parents last summer, never did I imagine that they would pay it forward and gift a Bereavement Bear to the parents of Sloane’s heart donor.
