Before vintage became my full time thing, I spent so much time with paintings: looking at, talking about, teaching and making them. So I still can’t help but see paintings everywhere.
I have held on to this sweet little 80s knit top because it reminded me of the work of a painter and poet I greatly admire, Etel Adnan.
Preparing to list it as part of the next collection, I realized Etel was born on this day! Another good excuse to share her work.
