Went peacefully on highway 35, seized cam bearing blew its engine.

We are now without a way to pick up for who knows how long. Apologies for the inconvenience

🚲 NEW SERVICE POLICY UPDATE 🚲

To continue offering affordable, quality bicycle service while keeping wait times manageable, we now require a **$20 diagnostic deposit** before we begin assessing, diagnosing, or attempting repairs on any bicycle.

✅ **Going ahead with the repair or tune-up?**
No problem, your **full $20 is credited toward your final invoice.**

⚠️ **If the bicycle is found to be unsafe, not economically repairable, or you choose not to proceed:**
The deposit helps cover technician time spent diagnosing, troubleshooting, and determining whether repair is possible.

Like many small businesses, we can’t continue giving away professional labour and diagnostic time for free, but we’ll always do our best to be fair, transparent, and upfront with you.
