We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified and GMP/HACCP audited, Canadian Manufacturer that specializes in local and multinational contract manufacturing for brands, retail chains and international distributors. We currently manufacture OEM liquids for several international markets including Canada, USA, UK, EU, Asia and the Middle East. We formulate with customizations for each region but ensure our product quality remains consistent across all markets.
Job Description:
The Juice Punk is experiencing substantial growth in the va**ng industry and we are looking for a passionate, self-motivated sales representative that comes with a well-developed skill set and the ability to hit the ground running. We are seeking experienced salespeople who are driven to take advantage of expanding opportunities.
The ideal candidate will support The Juice Punk sales efforts by way of outbound calls/emails, and pre-qualifying prospects that result in client acquisition and business growth. As a Juice Punk sales representative, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s brand and related products to maximize revenue growth. The ideal candidate will maintain customer relations through exceptional customer service while actively pursuing new sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Experience selling to large scale distributors (industrial, retail channels, convenience and gas, grocery and more)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English, French is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated and has the ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic math skills with the ability to apply these skills to sales data (e.g. determining gross profits, profit margins)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Comes with a book of business

Responsibilities for Sales Representative:
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
• Introduce customers to company product lines based on customer needs
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Overcome objections of prospective customers
• Schedule meetings/ presentations with prospects
• Plan, create and deliver presentations on company products
• Convert prospects to sales
• Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about new products/services
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Meet/exceed sales quotas
• Cross-sell products
• Provide excellent customer service
• Relay important customer feedback to supervisor
• Place purchase orders for customers using an order management system
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $28,000-$34,000 + commission (please note commission is typically majority of financial compensation)
