My fav part of this job is definitely seeing my clients happy & excited on the final day and if I can make it even little more exciting with a house warming gift - why wouldn’t I?
I know there are a lot of mixed opinions about closing gifts, but with every single client I’ve had so far, I’ve seen how much excitement it adds when they come home on closing day to pick up the keys, cut a ribbon, and have a special gift waiting for them. It makes the moment feel even more memorable and celebratory.
I’ll be happy to know if you guys have any thoughts of what I can do differently or better☺️☺️
