Hi folks,
The snow on the Bruce Peninsula is amazing. The snow banks along Hope Bay Road are seven feet high, and my husband just shovelled off our roof covered in 3.5 feet of snow, which then brought the snow level above some of the windows in the kitchen and living areas!
Hope Bay is also completely frozen over with lots of ice fishing, an activity which I haven't seen in 5 years. Lots of bonfires lit out on the bay over the Family Day weekend, too. I hope to post some pictures of winter on the Bruce in a few days.
Best wintry wishes,
Andrea
