The Crossword Club has been live for almost one month and these are the 3 things I love about running a snail mail club so far. Honestly there are a lot more than just 3 but I didn’t want to bore you with every little detail that I enjoy (like creating the crossword puzzle each month).

Something I most excited about with the Crossword Club is that I get to create new art every month AND the art can be whatever I feel like making! I am already excited to share the art for the October issue. If you want to snag the September issue be sure to subscribe by August 31, 2026

Starting a small business is a hustle and a lot of work but also SO MUCH FUN!! You get to be creative and build everything from the ground up. It is also a little overwhelming at times and money can be stressful but it is also totally worth

Let’s talk paper!

I am really happy with the paper I found for my the Crossword Club and I thought I would share the 3 reasons why it is so great!

1. It is made of of 100% recycled paper
2. It is totally matte which makes it easy to work with a pencil on your crossword puzzle
3. It is made in Canada!!!

The paper I use is by Sustana and it is from their Enviro line. I don’t think you can actually purchase directly from Sustana but you can buy it from companies like Fancypaper . That is who I buy mine from!

It has been an exciting two weeks since launching my snail mail club!! Thank you so much to everyone who has subscribed so far and for all the kind messages. There are still 10 more days to subscribe to receive the September issue of the Crossword Club. All you have to do is subscribe by August 31, 2026.

Before I launched my mail club I was pretty sure I was going to fail. I was coming up with back up plans for when that happened. Maybe I would go back to school? Or start a business in a field I wasn’t interested in? So, to see so many people subscribe and want to be apart of the Crossword Club is beyond heart warming. While I am still a long way away from paying all my bills with my snail mail club I am so hopeful that one day it can happen!
