When we decided to bring our brand to Toronto, we encountered several obstacles. In Brazil, the production of pão de mel included ingredients that were not easily found here. For example, the dulce de leche was made by us and was essential for the success of our product. After many attempts, we managed to recreate the homemade dulce de leche! The coating was another challenge: one version didn't dry, and the other needed mixing. We decided to use real chocolate instead. We tested, tempered, and adjusted until we found the ideal formula. Now, our praised and unique pão de mel is available in Canadian soil and is well received. There are still many new customers to reach and discoveries to be made.
