Calgary Quilt Festival: Heritage Park has suspended the Festival of Quilts indefinitely!
Exciting News Calgary area quilters! There is a new quilt show coming in 2027.
Quick facts:
- The first Calgary Quilt Festival will be held May 28 and May 29, 2027 at the Garrison Curling Club in Calgary.
- The Calgary Quilt Festival Association is being established to organize and continue the tradition of an event in May for the quilting community to gather and showcase the evolving art of quilting to the public.
- The Association will operate as a non-profit organization registered under the Societies Act of Alberta.
-The Association is currently developing a website and will inform you when we launch it.

Follow them on Facebook and Instagram and start planning now for a quilt to enter at the Calgary Quilt Festival in May 2027!
