Not only is this a freaking amazing new flavour, it's also dairy-free! We create it with a plant-based ice cream from Wild Child. Paired with our dark chocolate and some extra raspberries, it's a stunning new flavour and totally vegan.

These are the bonbons you need in a heatwave.

I've created an Aperol Spritz bonbon. It's infused with a Prosecco reduction, orange zest and that inimitable summer Italian apéritif. And, the base is loaded with popping candy for that effervescent bubbly fun.

The other flavours in the box are also crafted for the heat: there's a fresh Clementine Creamsicle and a cooling Lemon and Mint ganache.

If you've ever wanted to try your hand at creating chocolate bars, experience a guided tasting of single origins and immerse yourself in the science and history of this incredible food, this is your chance!

After a hiatus this spring, we're opening our summer chocolate workshop schedule.

The July dates are:
July 16
July 18
July 31

Spaces are limited to 12 per session.

Check out our newest local collaboration: The Shortbread Company!

Gourmet Shortbread Cookies makes a LOT of cookies. There were so many fantastic options but I was drawn immediately to the savoury flavour : Smoky Parmesan (it's SO good!)

I whisked a batch of them into the chocolate studio and started the experiments. (This is my favourite part about being a chocolatier.)

The result is phenomenal: sweet and salty, creamy chocolate with crumbly cookie. It's a sweet treat with a deeply umami kick.

It's great in its own and even better with a glass of wine or paired with cheese.

Available now in our shop and online.
