I just finished reading "The Unnameable" in time for the author signing here tomorrow (Saturday, June 13 at 1:00).

Do yourself a favour and read it. But don't just take my word for it... Read what Consumed by Ink has to say.πŸ˜‰

"Realizing you're gay in 1967 is an isolating and terrifying thing. Being exposed could brand you as a "pervert," or worse. Audie is navigating this and more as he enters high school, hiding from bullies and trying not to think about the boy next door - thoughts that could send him straight to Hell. You hope so badly it gets better for him. You wish that his mom was more available, that his dad wasn't such a jerk, and that his sister wasn't such a snoop. You *really* wish she wasn't such a snoop. You wish that he didn't have to cower inside his own body, living in fear of being found out. Most of all, you wish so hard that you didn't *have* to hope it gets better. You wish it could have been better for him all along.

Read this beautiful book. It's going to open hearts and help make this world a better place. Like Miss Rumphius and her lupins."

Hop to see you here tomorrow! πŸ’›πŸŒˆ
