Welcome to our new Bi-weekly (ish) tea features! Where we feature some teas you may not have known we have!

We are starting off with an amazing herbal tea (good enough you could just eat the dried fruit 😋), our cranberry apple tea uses hibiscus flowers to get the gorgeous red colour it turns when steeped! Come in to the shop and ask an associate for help purchasing some in bulk or buying a cup to drink while shopping next time you are in 🌺🫖

We need to be supporting small businesses now more than ever.

In a time where rent caps are non existent, and wages are at an all time low compared to the cost of living, we completely understand peoples need to be very frugal with what they buy and where they buy it.

Making the effort to shop locally keeps these businesses alive, symbiotically keeping the community alive whether its through the accessibility of certain gender or culture diverse products you might not be able to get elsewhere, ethically sourced food and home goods or opportunities that aren’t seen anywhere else in the city. If shopping isn’t an option, sharing posts and spreading the word is the next best thing!

Join us in Welcoming our new oat milk! 🥳
Oatbox is a Canadian oat beverage that is vegan (of course!) GMO-free and contains no added sugar!

It is a delicious addition to our cafe and we are excited for folks to try it 😋☕️
This oat beverage is not certified gluten-free but Oatbox mentions that it does contain less than 20ppm of gluten, so can be consumed by those who are gluten intolerant but not coeliacs. If you have any questions just ask your barista at our cafe and we can show you the options!
