I partnered up through the Buddy up Campaign - centre for su***de prevention, I try to donate monthly, and in return I get to hand out some goodies!

Buddy Up Campaign is a men’s su***de prevention initiative encouraging men to help one another by speaking up, checking in, and offering support. It promotes honest conversations about mental health, breaks down stigma, and empowers men to look out for their “buddies.” Through awareness, education, and action, Buddy Up inspires a culture where no one struggles alone. Although I’m not a male, men’s mental health awareness is a huge part of my life.

Although June is almost over (men’s mental health awareness month) I was able to restock before it ended.
Would anyone be interested in info packets, stickers, and a car freshener? They are 100% free but donations are always appreciated!

So my last Christmas craft show I decided to donate 20% of all proceeds to the buddy up campaign, for those who don’t know the Buddy Up campaign; it is a Canadian men’s su***de prevention campaign: a call to action for men, by men, to drive authentic conversation amongst men and their buddies. This is su***de prevention. Participate in the campaign year-round, completing activities that promote connection and wellbeing. Although I’m clearly not a man, men’s mental health is extremely important to me and hits home hard.

One of the CRCs reached out to me and asked about my small business and if id like to join their organization full time to learn, educate and support!

I have decided to make a permanent goal of mine to donate 20% from each purchase at the end of each month!
