It’s been 10 weeks since I first shared my road to 625 members in our big encouraging mini mail club and this week we’ve reached 423 members ❤️ !!

To the 22 of you that joined our encouraging mail club this past week, welcome! I’m so grateful you’re here. You’ve joined our mail club mid-year and if you’re new here, I’d like to take this time to let you know we have a wax seal sticker collection. Each month, there’s a special sticker you can collect on this stamp card.And as a new member, you will receive this stamp card for free.

And if you really wanted any past editions, this upcoming Monday June 22nd, I will be restocking January through June’s editions. And just a heads up, March edition may be the last time I am restocking. So definitely make it a priority if you wanted to grab one ☺️

It’s our mail club’s HALF BIRTHDAY! 🥰

Feeling incredibly fortunate and blessed that I get to make these small projects on a whim using my xTool F2 ❤️ I actually went to the dollar store to look for number candles but they are all toooo big for me / didn’t fit my aesthetic. So I decided to make our own! But yes, I had to purchase some basswood boards to cut, but I’m definitely going to use them to make more projects!

For June’s mail, we sent 396 letters so this was me celebrating small wins with my parents! I did contemplate whether to celebrate at 400 members instead. But reaching 396 on our half-birthday for our mail club is already so amazing.

If you didn’t know — canadian postage is tiered by weight, and it matters a lot when you’re shipping hundreds of letters a month!

Letters between 0-30g:
→ Canada $1.24
→ USA $1.75
→ Int’l $3.65

Letters between 30g-50g:
→ Canada $1.75
→ USA $2.61
→ Int’l $5.21

sounds simple right? except most months my mail club ends up going over 30g because i didn’t plan ahead well enough when curating the contents 😅😅

For that extra gram, it adds up fast when you’re sending almost 400 letters! 😅 for context, I could be spending upwards of $600 each month with the extra gram. every month is a little bit of a puzzle…balancing how much love i can pack into an envelope without tipping into the next postage tier.

I made this reel when I dropped off June’s mail last week on June 10th and, I’m not kidding you, our members in Germany already received them! That’s in less than one week! I was really really amazed.

But this is not something that happens all the time though. For example, I receive 4 emails from members in Germany letting me know they still haven’t received May’s mail 🥲. So yea, it’s probably lost and I’m going to replacement them! Actually sending them off today ❤️ And I hope May’s mail make its way safely and quickly to you!!

I know I say this so often, but thank you so much. Thank you for allowing me to be a self-employed stay at home mama 🫶🏻
