End of day tonight July 9th (PT) is the cut off time sign up for July’s mail! the theme for this month is: learning as you go 🫶🏻.

and i can think of so many moments where this applied for me…

→ starting a new job and smiling and nodding until things click
→ becoming a parent with no real roadmap
→ starting a business and googling everything at midnight
→ navigating a hard season of life and just… figuring it out as you go

none of us really know what we’re doing all the time. and there’s so much comfort in that.

Have you seen anyone count paper like that! Haha. I’ve seen him do it plenty of times in my life but I still am so impressed every time!

He’s counting our July’s letters in the video and he counted all 450+ of them in no time like that 👏🏻.

Week 12 update below ⬇️

I’m late with sharing our week 12 update because I was feeding myself to the mosquitoes camping over the weekend! So here’s the update one day late 🫶🏻 We had 14 new members join over the past week (thank you so much!!) and 10 cancellations (thank you for being a part of our mail club though 🥰), we’re now at 434. A much smaller growth this week, but a growth nonetheless ❤️

This is our mail club’s “golden ticket” in the form of Buji’s heart ❤️. Each month I engrave a short encouraging quote on the little heart where you can attach it to a key ring and bring it along anywhere with you. Only 1 member out of the 430+ members will receive it in the mail, and it is a complete surprise for both you and I. I only find out who receives it if they tell me (so please do!) 😄

Currently holding an out of office 20% off sale while I’m away ❤️. Our mail club items are also designed this way! However, we’ve grown so much over the past few months that I’ve had to outsource most things in our mail club ❤️. And actually, the quality is better so that’s a win!

Anything else in our shop is still made at home as they don’t require me to make thousands of stickers each month 🥺

T-6 days until we close sign ups for July’s mail ❤️

let’s talk about how we got here! for me? I learned while I went. in the first few months, I even struggled with sending them out due to the post offices returning my letters with wax seals in them. it’s probably on me to have they figured out before I sent them out, so I only blame myself. but I’m not running this business with all the answers. I’m figuring it out one month at a time, just like everyone else trying to build something they care about ❤️.

month 1: 56 members.
month 6: 430 members and still growing.

my two top tips for someone just starting?
1. post consistently and don’t stop talking about it
2. learn as you go

Corner cut 200 sticker sheets with me (and 100 postcards). July’s theme is “learning as you go”. Let’s be honest… none of us have it all figured out, and that’s okay. we’re all just doing our best, one messy step at a time.

this month’s mail is a small reminder that growth isn’t about getting it perfect, it’s about showing up, even on the days it feels uncertain. the most important thing is to take that step even if you don’t know 100% what you’re doing yet.
