SophRae Creations has you covered for all your customized bundles of wraps, candles, labels, and stickers! This Winnie the Pooh order was a dream come true 🍯🐝. I was thrilled to create this special bundle for a dear friend's son's first birthday, complete with our signature 'Milk & Honey' candles renamed to fit the vibe with custom labels, and custom wood wicks that brought the Hundred Acre Woods to life. Wrapping left overs/covering bowls, plates etc is one of the main ways we use beeswax wraps in our home. Once finished with it, you can re-use it for up to a year or possibly longer with proper care! Just wash with a non abrasive tool, dish soap and cold water (NOT hot water, this will damage the wraps and effect their ability to perform as intended. After washing, lay out to dry!

P.S. you may notice the wrap lifting from the casserole dish slightly at the very end of the video. I filmed this when the dish was still slightly warm, which is not ideal, as it can melt the mixture on the wrap and cause it to be more slippery than sticky. After filming I left the container and wrap cool fully , and the wrap was able to adhere to the dish and create an air tight seal with no issues afterwards! Even experts still make mistakes sometimes. What you see there doesn’t speak accurately to the quality or longevity of the wraps, nor their ability to adhere to surfaces. I thought about leaving it out or re-filming when everything was cool, but I figured this was a good educational moment.

Doing everything by pre order is so much more aligned for me. It reduces overhead, ensures what I make is actually going to a home, and best of all customers aren’t limited to what we have on stock! I can work with you with your vision in mind, and create custom orders that speak to you. From jar style, candle size, labels, wicks and scent, to fabrics, wrap sizes, bundles and gift boxes! All of it can be customized personally to your taste based on what my supplier has on hand and what I am able to do.

Long post, so if you read to the end - thank you 🤍

I just want to take a minute to say how much the constant love and support means to me. Across all of my business ventures, it truly never ceases to amaze me. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by people who are excited for what I create and genuinely want to support it. From my art, apparel, candles & wraps, to even tarot readings - I see every single one of you who shows up for me. You’ve helped me believe in myself and given me the confidence to keep going.

This business has always been evolving, and they say the first five years are the hardest. SophRae Creations turns 4 this September, & even though I haven’t quite evolved as quickly as I originally hoped, I’ve come back stronger every single time I’ve taken a step back.

One thing I’m really standing by moving forward is not putting pressure on myself to do more than I’m ready for. The markets, getting into stores, all of it will come when it’s meant to. I truly believe everything will align the way it’s supposed to with no rush. Rush creates burn out, and I want to be excited for what I do every single day. So for now I’m just grateful to keep creating hand-crafted, quality pieces made with love for the people who’ve supported me along the way, and even the odd stranger who chooses my small business as well.

It honestly means the world to me and my family, so thank you for being here 🤍

Hi everyone!

It’s with both excitement and sadness I let you know that sophraecreations.ca (the website) closing!

I’ve really enjoyed running it the last few years and I’ve learned so much. Running a product based ~online business~ is no easy feat, and the current website domain is costing too much to make it financially sustainable!

During this time of recalibration all of our beeswax based products will still be available for purchase. Shipping will be available for any products at cost if you live beyond the lower mainland, or within and can’t pick up. The main thing that’s changing here is we will no longer be operating the website through Shopify.

Thank you so much for the last few years of support, and the continued support while we transition!
