Dill Gin Mojito

2 oz Spring44 Gin
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Lots of fresh dill.
Muddle the dill until bruised, adding the gin, syrup and juice. Shake vigorously over ice and pour - unstrained - over ice. Fill glass with club soda and garnish with fresh dill. Add a seahorse stir stick from Stir Crazy Salli.
