A new school year, a new season of creativity! As part of Granville Island’s vibrant cultural community, Arts Umbrella invites young artists ages 2–22 to learn, create and grow with their Fall and Yearlong programs in Art & Design, Dance, and Theatre, and Music & Film.

From Film Acting and Musical Theatre to Jazz, Hip Hop, Animation, Clay Sculpture, Photography and much more; discover a world of creative possibilities, all under one roof.

Great news, the Granville Island Water Park reopens Saturday, August 29! Starting tomorrow, the Water Park and Slide will operate 9 AM - 6 PM, 7 days a week (weather permitting). ☀️

We’re excited to share that we have completed installing a new user activated system so that the park can stay open during City of Vancouver water restrictions.

Thank you to our visitors for your patience, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Water Park as the warm weather continues past the Labour Day long weekend.
