2026.06.16 We have become aware that our logo was used in connection with an event titled “Art Fest Canada 2026,” where our organization and another Instagram account were listed as tentative partners.
We would like to clearly state that we have not agreed to participate in any local markets or festivals, nor have we expressed any intention to do so. If you come across any future posts related to “Art Fest Canada 2026” that include our logo, please disregard them, as we have not authorized the use of our logo for any promotional materials and have not made any commitment to the event organizers.
We also respectfully request that the organizers of “Art Fest Canada 2026” immediately cease using our logo, or any other party’s logo, without prior consent. In addition, we reserve all rights to pursue legal action regarding any unauthorized use of our logo or content, as well as any actions that may harm our reputation or goodwill.
