A personal project soon blossomed into a local moment, with pianos dotted across the Lower Mainland, each one sparking joy and striking a chord with community members.

"However, following COVID-19 and the passing of my beloved mother, I was unable to continue this initiative. "

Public pianos are more than mere instruments; they are catalysts for community bonding, spontaneous performances, and collective creativity. They become landmarks, each with its own stories and memories. In the past, it was not uncommon to witness impromptu concerts, heartfelt serenades, or even children experiencing their first touch of piano keys — a testament to the power of music to bring people together.
