Did you ever wonder why some shearling rugs look different but they're the same colour?

The exact same rug can appear brighter in daylight, warmer at night, or a little different depending on the room it’s in and the colours around it. That’s just the nature of real wool and genuine sheepskin.

Since every pelt is natural, no two rugs are ever completely identical either, which is part of what makes them special.

Sometimes customers ask why a rug looks slightly different in another photo, and honestly, it’s usually just different lighting, a different room, and a different time of day… same rug.

We were able to snap a photo of a customer’s ride with one of our genuine sheepskin motorcycle rugs on it, and it turned out too good not to share.

A lot of riders originally try sheepskin for comfort on longer rides, especially in the heat, but they end up loving the overall look just as much. Genuine sheepskin helps with airflow and pressure while adding a clean, classic look to the bike without overdoing it.

We’ve been selling sheepskin motorcycle rugs for decades, and it’s always nice seeing them out on the road and actually being used the way they’re meant to be.
