I used to think chocolate was the enemy.
Every breakout felt like proof.
So I cut it out… blamed it… avoided it.
But the truth?
It was never that simple.
It wasn’t just chocolate — it was what kind, how it’s made, and everything else happening in my body.
Chocolate isn’t the problem.
Over-processed, sugar-heavy, low-quality chocolate might be.
When it’s clean, intentional, and made with integrity…
it becomes something your body can actually feel good about.
This is what “better chocolate” really means 🤎
