We are close to 2 months in on the closure of Broadway Ave between Quebec and Main Street for continuing Broadway Subway line construction. Around 8 more weeks till one lane each way opens.
In the meantime here are some Pro Tips for navigating the current situation easier, so you can get in here to get your bike ready for spring!
• There is 2h FREE parking (9am-6pm) in front of our store on Broadway.
• Stall #2 in the parking lot behind our store is for Mighty Riders customer use - access via the backlane
• Driving to OTR - Westbound: Take Great Northern Way, left on Main, left at 5th Ave , right on 8th Ave, then left at Ontario to access our parking spot or free street parking on Broadway in front of Mighty.
• Driving to OTR - Eastbound: Take E 6 Ave (turns into 2nd Ave after Cambie), then right on Quebec, right on 8th Ave, then left at Ontario to access our parking spot or free street parking on Broadway in front of Mighty.
• Transit Buses are making it through the mess fairly smoothly and we have 99 and 9 route stops within a block of the store.
