Last evening, TLC opened its summer season in an intimate yet potent gathering.
Songs, poems, stories and silence, like many streams entered the river of the Listening Circle.
Walls came down. Armours softened. A beloved was called to dance again and again. The longing to truly know another and to walk their lands. Imagined worlds met reality. The self was embraced rather than abandoned.
The silence within our togetherness spoke without words. And in sharing our vulnerabilities, truths, journeys, the hearts danced together in the delight of sharing art for a little while.
Thank you to everyone who joined the vision with such care, tenderness, strength and openness.
