Every Listening Circle has its own heartbeat. Last evening’s gathering was a gentle unfolding into softness.

New faces gathered around an old practice. Poems, songs, and stories found their way through silence.

We sang of the wild self that refuses to be abandoned, and of the part of us that still remembers wonder. We reflected on the inner seasons we quietly carry through life. On loss. On change. On the quiet weight of ordinary days. On endings that ask us to become someone new before we feel ready. On the beauty that arises through honest self reflection and what we are willing to understand about ourselves in order to grow.

Listening is never passive. It is an act of trust. Sometimes solace is found not in answers or advice, but simply in a container where we can gather, breathe, listen, reflect, be present with our own unfolding, and witness one another.

Thank you to everyone who came exactly as you were and brought your presence, your listening, and your humanity.
