📣🦇 big news, batpack fans!!

you can now order a limited selection of batpacks using the online preorder store for my recent pintopia project! a bit of a roundabout way to go about it, i know -- but tons of pintopia backers were asking about being able to purchase batpacks, & with the current limited quantity in stock, trying to juggle backerkit add-ons with my online shop at the same time seemed like a recipe for disaster 😂

so, for now, this is the best way to be able to order a batpack online! we ship worldwide, including the EU -- except for the UK, at least for now 💔

(NOTE: since these batpacks are from the stock I have in canada, if youre ordering from the US, you will need to pay tariff fees. if you want to avoid tariffs & are only interested in some of the more popular designs, like vampire bat, id suggest waiting until may when I launch the batpacks series 2 project, which will be fulfilled from the states ❤️)

thank you thank you THANK YOU!! I'm very happy to report that as of this year, the BATPACK PROJECT has officially reached 100% fulfillment!! 🦇💥💥

I couldnt be more grateful to everyone who supported the project, ordered a batpack, told a friend about us, or just cheered us on from the sidelines as we worked on getting everyone's orders out. i want to thank our fulfillment partners at for the amazing work they did with everyone's orders & for stepping up to help us out when I had to move early last year & couldnt handle parts of fulfillment id originally planning on doing myself. they're literally life savers 🥹❤️

STAY TUNED! now that the project is complete, I've been busy brainstorming ideas for what to potentially do for a batpack series 2... so expect to see more updates on that over the course of this year! 🤲🦇

hi there, everyone! just wanted to share a quick update: fulfillment for the batpacks has finally begun, and we currently have 8% of all orders shipped out. a handful of you may have got them already!!

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: we are currently ONLY shipping orders for people who ordered BROWN BAT, HONDURAN WHITE BAT, and/or DREAMY BAT. all other designs are still en route to the US via my manufacturer and will be shipped out at a later date!

however, if you DID only order one of these three designs, keep an eye on your email! you'll get a shipment notification from backerkit once your order is in the mail :)

please be patient! my distribution partner can only ship things out so fast while maintaining order accuracy; they have a few hundred orders to get through in this batch, so keep that in mind while you wait for your email!

finally, I tend to update more frequently directly on the backerkit project page, so if you're ever curious about project updates and dont see a recent post here, you can check it out via the 🔗 in my bi0 :)

THEY'RE FINALLY HERE!! our last four samples -- cupid bat, vampire bat, flying fox, and painted bat -- have finally arrived safe and sound!

I think they all same out amazing, with just a few tweaks to be made on vampire bat and painted bat: the printed colors on vampire bat's face will be swapped (and his little toes added!), and the outside of painted bats wings will be changed to be the same dark orange as the inside of his ears.

but, otherwise, everyone's lookin good!! 🦇🖤 which design of these four is your favorite?

BIG BIG production news, everyone! 🦇 our pins have finished production! take a look at these sample pics sent to us by our manufacturer -- they look great!

ive been told that the screenprint color on marine bat's face is a little hard to see in photos, but that you can tell the difference much better in person.

pins are now on their way to our distribution partner, which means we're that much closer to beginning fulfillment!

currently, we're still in the middle of production for 3 of our 7 total designs for the batpacks themselves (which is why I've been a bit quiet -- this part takes a while!). now that these pins are complete, we'll be able to start on the samples for our last 4 designs! which i am SOOOO excited about!!!

you can snag any of our 9 available designs plus a ton of fun add ons :)

batpacks will increase in price to their regular retail cost after the preorder period ends (sometime in the next few months), so now's the time to snag one if you wanna!

(please keep in mind that this is only a preorder; batpacks aren't expected to ship until late spring 2025!)

new batpack samples are HERE!!! this is NOT a drill!! 💥💥💥

introducing: the honduran white bat & the dreamy bat! these little guys turned out AMAZING, and alongside the obvious new designs, we've had a couple of hardware upgrades as well!

so... what's different, you ask?

1. we have a new and improved backstamp location on the back of the bag! originally, there was going to be a small screenprint detail on the back with the backstamp on the back pocket, but i didn't think the design read very well so I decided to nix back screenprinting altogether and just so the backstamp. i think it looks clean and classy!

2. we have a new and improved zipper! in the original sample, the zipper was pretty flimsy and the bag would completely open if you tugged on it with even a little bit of force. these new zippers are a HUGE improvement!

we have a few changes to make still -- id wanted to try a double leather layer on the faces & I'd like to change the yellow in the honduran white bat's face to match the yellow of the wings, but so far so good!

SO.... WHAT'S NEXT?

we have another round of 3 new sample designs coming your way hopefully by the end of the month! keep your eyes peeled! 🦇
