Blue Scarf Spring Styling

In this spring of 2014, Blue is one of the essential colours you would want in your wardrobe.
It might seems to be a difficult colour to style with, but it's actually super easy! All you need to do is keep everything else neutral but one item that's blue. It's an easy and quick way to make you look sophisticated and stylish.

I was in Japan for about a month to see my family and friends, specially my new born nephew!

While my stay in Tokyo, I was also keeping my eyes open to what’s popular in Tokyo right now. This collage I made is a bunch of stuff that I saw very often on the street in Tokyo. Some of the stuff is also popular back in Vancouver, but lots of things that are noticeably popular only in Tokyo.

One thing I thought that was interesting was that there were so many girls and boys who have a colourful cardigan over their shoulders. I saw at least 15 people in a day who were doing that style. This is a king of style you either love it or hate it, but I would wanna try it sometime.

Anyways, I hope this will give you some ideas what’s popular in Japan right now, and inspire you in someways:)

Style of the Day:Hastings Street Urban Tribal Scarf

Aztec print tends to be paired with casual items, but this scarf can create both casual, and formal look. I kept the styling very simple so that this beautiful scarf can be the eye-catcher. I think this is a great work outfit which makes you look smart and chic, or you can also wear this for a date night.

Summer casual styling with a coral star scarf. khaki goes really well with coral pink colour. This star scarf is pop and funky but it doesn't make you look like a child. I actually found it easy to pair with an elegant chic outfit.
