*NEW Ice Cream Flavour!!!*

This is not the coveted beet flavour, but I'm totally stealing some of your ideas for next year's ice cream festival...

This is Blackberry Polenta. Can I call it polenta if the corn was fresh and roasted? Blackberry sorbet using blackberries from Mandair Farms | Local Berry & Produce Farm and roasted corn ice cream using super sweet fresh corn from Forstbauer Farm dipped in dark chocolate.

I do not like this ice cream, not because it doesn’t taste good, but because I have a weird aversion to eating fresh corn. Something about the texture... but everyone else assures me that this is good, so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you tried our summer feature chocolate bar? We've collaborated with BC Garlic to bring you scape chocolate. Trust us, this flavour isn't what you're expecting. Freeze dried scape powder makes this a delicate and floral bar, with just a hint of garlic. Finishing off with sea salt really makes the flavour pop. Farmer approved 😉
