My goal was never to be the biggest chocolate company.

It was to create a chocolate experience.

To help people see, taste, and experience chocolate in a new way.

Whether it’s a handcrafted caramel, a wine pairing, a corporate event, or a chocolate-making workshop, my hope has always been the same: to create moments that surprise, delight, and bring people together.

13 years later, that mission hasn’t changed.

⚽🍫🇨🇦Team Canada spirit, handpainted one chocolate at a time!

Our hand-painted Soccer Ball Truffles are officially in production as we gear up for the excitement of the FIFA World Cup. Each piece is carefully painted by hand before being filled with our signature ooey gooey caramel centres, making every bonbon a small work of edible art.

As Canada prepares to take the world stage, we’re proud to celebrate the passion, pride, and energy that soccer brings to fans across the country.

A few months ago, we had the privilege of visiting Crossland Public School to share our entrepreneurial journey and give students a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to build a business from the ground up.

This week, Chef Sandra and Chef Michelle sat down to read the thank-you cards the students created for us—and to say we were touched would be an understatement. ❤️

We spend so much time focused on production schedules, orders, and deadlines that we don’t always get to see the impact we’re making. Reading these heartfelt notes reminded us why we do what we do.

Knowing that our story resonated with these students, sparked their curiosity, and maybe even inspired a future entrepreneur is incredibly meaningful. The kindness, creativity, and thoughtfulness in every card left a lasting impression on us.

Thank you to Mrs. Glasser, Mrs. Lelen and the students at Crossland Public School for welcoming us into your classroom. These cards will have a permanent place in our chocolate lab —and in our hearts.

Not all masterpieces belong behind glass. Some are made of chocolate. 🍫🎨

Last night at the Moonlight Gala at the McMichael Art Gallery, our chocolatiers hand-painted giant 2’ x 3’ Belgian chocolate bars live before guests gathered for the main event—smashing off their own piece to enjoy.

Part live art demonstration, part interactive dessert experience, and 100% unforgettable.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching a beautiful piece of edible art come to life... and then breaking it apart one delicious piece at a time.

Who says you’re not supposed to touch the artwork?

Today’s Chocolate Sculpture Challenge at Kingbridge Centre brought the energy.

There’s something different about team building when people are creating together instead of forcing small talk across a boardroom table. Teams collaborated, competed, laughed, problem solved, and built incredible chocolate sculptures together — all without the awkward moments that usually come with corporate activities.

Kingbridge continues to be one of the most beautiful resort settings for experiences like this. The atmosphere, the scenery, and the space create the perfect environment for people to actually connect.

Interactive team building should feel fun, engaging, and memorable. Chocolate just happens to make it even better.

In a world where we’re constantly finding out how much of our food is filled with artificial flavours, fillers, and ingredients we can’t even pronounce, there’s something deeply satisfying about going back to the real thing.

Real strawberries.
Real dried mint leaves.
Real Belgian chocolate.

You can smell the mint as it hits the chocolate. You can see the strawberries. You can taste the difference immediately.
