Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know that we'll do a FREE Pokemon Draft Cube event tomorrow evening! You don't need to bring anything but a playmat. And even then, I'll have some to lend out 🙂

It'll start when the Riftbound Skirmish ends. I estimate that to be around 4:00pm, but give or take. Arrive for 4, be prepared to be waiting until 5:00 if necessary. Riftbound has priority as it is a sanctioned event for them.

So how does Draft Cube work?

It's actually pretty simple for you guys. I have a curated box of 720 cards. Those cards get shuffled up and mixed into packs of 16. Everyone sits at a table (I will push them together so that's more convenient for us) and each person starts with a pack. You will look at your cards, pick 1 of them and then pass the rest over to the person on your left. The card you pick is added to your "collection". The next person picks 1 cards and passes it to the next person. This continues until there are no cards remaining. Everyone then gets a fresh new pack and repeat this cycle until all of the cards have been picked. You will then build a deck out of the cards in your "collection" while adding basic energies.

The games themselves are just best of 1's akin to a League Challenge or Pre-Release. The difference is that we like to do a Round Robin for this kind of event. Meaning everybody will get a chance to play each other. Now, if we have a lot of people, we'll change that to the standard Swiss format we're more familiar with where you play people with the same/similar match record as you and we have a finite number of games to play. Depending on the number of people, we will either do 60 card decks with 6 prize cards or 40 card decks with 4 prize cards.

Overall time breakdown:
• Drafting: 60 ~ 90 minutes depending on number of players
• Games: 30 minutes each
• Pre-game setup: Very minimal. Maybe 5-10 minutes. The only cards you need to sleeve are basic energies as everything is already pre-sleeved and you're building your deck as you draft.
• Expect roughly 4 hours total (hard deadline of 9:00pm)

Who's ready for our Pokemon Gameshow Night on Friday?!

It is absolutely free, children are welcome and you can win free Prize Packs! I guarantee it's going to be a blast. There's a mix of comedy, trivia and of course - Pokemon! Pokemon Gameshow Night @ Elite4 Games

Hey guys, Ryan here! On Friday, August 7th at 5:00pm I'll be hosting a Pokemon Gameshow at Elite4!

Split yourselves up into teams and try to conquer all 25 questions. Each correct answer will net your team 1 Prize Pack! Entry is free, so come try your best to win some free packs! I'll have stickers and other Pokemon-themed goodies to give out as well, so it'll be a good time for all ages.

I have 5 different categories, each with 5 questions that you need to answer. The expected runtime is around 90 minutes in total. This game will test your Pokemon trivia, pop culture knowledge and how well you think you know me - your host! There's no entry fee or requirements, just bring a positive attitude and win some free Prize Packs

Hello, Ryan here! I have an important announcement regarding our community Trade Day.

tldr; Trade Day will move to once every 2 months starting with August. So it'll be August > October > December > and so on.

As you guys are probably well aware at this point, Trade Day consumes a valuable Saturday from scheduling other events. With the addition of Riftbound events, I've been really trying to squeeze in as many events as I can. Often times bleeding into my days off. The extra day may not seem like much, but it'll give me the flexibility to run Pokemon Cups, Challenges, Casual League and other alternative formats while (hopefully) not getting as burnt out from Riftbound Nexus Nights & Skirmishes - which are even more frequent than the Pokemon events.

The addition of Anya to our team has made the herculean task of Trade Day much more manageable, so this change may not be permanent. But nonetheless, it is a change that needs to be made right now. I also feel that with the addition of more stores running their own trade days and the new card shows that have been established, there will be less community impact by making Trade Day every 2 months instead of a monthly event.

Trade Day will still be a part of the store and our community, I'm just lowering the frequency (and therefore burden) of it. Thank you guys so much for all of your support. Without you, Trade Day wouldn't even happen. 🙏

It's TRADE DAY!!

We're doing something a little different to kick it off this time too. At 11:00am, Ryan will be holding a Time Auction for some First Partner Illustration Packs. They are a guaranteed price of $24.95(+tax) but you will be bidding on how much time you are willing to wait before being able to participate in Trade Day! Winners will be sequestered away from the Trade Day floor and must wait until their timer is up. It'll make more sense in person.

Aside from that, we have our usual door prizes and some limited stock of Ascended Heroes & Perfect Order available for purchase once Trade Day starts! Remember to stay hydrated and be respectful of those around you. See you guys soon!
