I have be been quiet over here the past month but I can assure you my house has remained loud! ☺️
Spending some quality time with my family and removing the outside noise has been refreshing. During this time I’ve found myself really enjoying journaling again with my morning coffee and wanted to share this ritual with you all. I will be adding a new box in the coming week that includes my favourites to inspire this simple ritual in your day. ☀️

long post warning but important update*

I often speak of slowing down. Truth is, seldom do I apply this to my work life. I’m always moving, always producing and very attentive.
I love to be productive and have learned that my drive and passion has lead me to be somewhat of a workaholic. 🙃
Slowing down used to mean lazy to me but I’m learning it’s not that at all. It takes practice, a conscious effort and boundaries; so many boundaries!
In an effort to create a brand that is both honest and intentional, I am stepping back from this page to practice what I preach. To slow down and spend my days with my 3 young girls. To make good meals, to read books again, to work on that art project I never had time for because I was “too busy”.
I’ll be here SLOWLY making this the brand I envision but with less scrolling and posting and rather more thought and mindfulness.

Thank you for the ongoing support. I’ll still be posting occasionally, as I’m still a business that relies heavily on social media and networking but I’m figuring out new ways to make it more inspiring. My shop is open and I’m here to fill your boxes with even more intention and care Than before. Let’s continue to spread happiness and support the makers, the doers and the dreamers.🤍
