思いっきり壊してしまった、コニーのお碗。
今回は金の代わりにマイカで金継ぎ。
傷を隠すのではなく、その跡もひとつの景色に。
壊れたからこそ生まれた、新しい表情。
これもまた、ひとつの「よりどころ」。

I accidentally broke Connie’s bowl pretty badly.
Instead of gold, I used mica for the kintsugi this time.
Rather than hiding the cracks, I decided to embrace them.
The bowl now has a new character—
something that could only have come from being broken.
Another little yoridokoro, a place to find comfort.
