✨Event News✨

We are thrilled announce that we are back at Fibrations this year! The island’s largest fibre festival is taking over the weekend with film screenings, a talk, workshops, and the always highly anticipated vendor market. You will find us on the pavement again, and you cannot miss us as you head down the entrance driveway.

✨Event News✨

We are beyond excited to be returning to Entwined Market this year! Fantastically hosted by The Spinnacle Yarns and The Spinnacle Yarn Cafe this year may be the best one yet! More vendors, more food, and a wonderful new location.

When: 11-5, July 18 2026
Where: 798 Goldstream Ave, Langford BC (RRU John Horgan Campus)

Enjoy crafts, art, fibre, food, and more at this community focused event. The new venue hosts loads of parking, accessible walkways, and a beautiful field with shade so you can sit a spell with your fibre friends and stitch while you show off your hauls.

We cannot wait to see y’all there!

✨Summer Events✨

Get ready Calgary because this is our first Alberta event! Join us for an amazing stampede pancake breakfast PLUS get all the fibre you need at the vendor market. Yes, we throw dad jokes around here. 😂 We will be bringing the summer vibes with our bright and bold colours.

✨New fibre & new friends✨

You can now find us at Beehive Wool Shop in the heart of downtown Victoria! Better yet, these bases are brand new and can’t be found anywhere else. If you have been waiting for an untreated, plastics and chemical free base from us, then you will want to check these out.

High Twist Merino Silk Fi*****ng is an untreated 19.5 micron Merino matched with a heavenly mulberry silk. The high twist provides the durability needed to make this yarn a fantastic substitute for typical sock yarns. You won’t want to stop at socks though! The handfeel will keep you coming back for more. This 100g skein gives a generous 492y to work with.

Lace Suri Silk Halo is incredible as a standalone fibre or pair it with our fi*****ng base for an ultimate luxury knit. Baby Suri alpaca gives the best of alpaca softness while mulberry silk provides the strength to make this an enduring fibre. With 460y to work with in each 50g skein, the pattern world is your oyster!

We absolutely fell in love with these bases while searching for the perfect untreated yarn. We know they will become a staple in your stash.

We have a busy schedule this summer and we will be kicking it off with our good friends at The Beehive! Join us for a fibre filled day in downtown Victoria where all the colour and fibre inspiration will be!

You’ll be able to catch us next in Coombs at our first 100 Mile Fleece & Fibre Fair! We are so excited to meet the mid island fibre crowd and grab some treats to take home; donuts, local fleece, and gorgeous notions.

What an incredible first for us! Thank you to the volunteers, Brenda of Penelope Fibre Arts, our fellow vendors, and all of you lovely fibre folks 💕 We truly had the best time engaging in woolly conversations and sharing in squishy goodness. We cannot wait to bring you even more of our passion next year.

✨Are you ready for the first fibre event of the year?✨

The Beehive Spring Fibre Market is calling your name! We’ve all been working through our stash yarn, or at least that’s the goal, in anticipation of a new year of fibre! The wait is officially over and there will be all sorts of fresh fibre to squish.

Many of your familiar favourites will be there along with some new faces!

✨Something new✨

Next on the list of teasers for 2026 is our baby suri alpaca silk lace weight yarn. If you attended the Fibre Fair on December 7th you would have seen our tiny sneak peek of this softer than a cloud base!

Who is this base for? Anyone who wants to play with colour theory by pairing these skeins with any other base. Folks looking to level up a project by holding this yarn double with any of our bases. Makers who want maximum warmth in a lighter than a feather garment by knitting it on its own. Fans of the Ooey Gooey Cowl; create your own kit with 2 lace and one fi*****ng!
