Our fireworks are now here!!! I will be open Thursday May 14th from 12-6, Friday May 15th and Saturday May 16th from 12-8. Sunday May 17th from 12-5 and Monday May 18th from 12-5.

We’ve been working on something special behind the scenes, and today we finally get to share our big news! 🎉

We’re beyond thrilled to welcome Dave Brundritt to the Duchene’s team! If you know Dave, you already know—his passion for community runs deep and his customer service is second to none. Add in his love of DIY and wealth of home improvement know-how, and he’s a perfect fit for our crew.

Over the next couple of weeks, Dave will be transitioning into his new role and officially joining us on the floor starting September 22nd. Be sure to stop in, say hello, and help us welcome him back to the retail world!

As I locked my doors for the last time today, I am forever grateful for all of the customers I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know these last 31 years. From the first day I worked at Blockbuster here in Wallaceburg all those years ago, I knew I would forever love this community! Many of the children of the families I first served at Blockbuster would later come into Movietime with children of their own. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this community and the support it has given me. Thank you to everyone who stopped in this last month to share memories and well wishes. The friendships built will be forever cherished and never forgotten. Love all, Movietime Dave.
