Since this is a hobby, I am not really a fan of having rules lol... but as I get busier and busier I have felt the need to implement a few things. Any tumbler posted for sale, and spoken for to be personalized, must be paid for by etransfer within 48 hrs. It is not resellable once personalized so at this point it is already your tumbler. As well custom orders will be billed upon placing your order

2. Please contact me to arrange prompt pickup. Pickup is appreciated within a week as I just dont have the space to store so many finished tumblers! If by special circumstance you need longer than a week to pick up please just send me a message and I will likely be able to accomodate!
3. Custom orders will now have a $5 charge added. This was a tough one for me to implement. But after lots of thinking I realized that almost anything custom has an added fee. Which is ridiculous in this case of course! Honestly I love doing custom orders but it usually adds a lot of extra time it takes to create the tumbler so I have felt the need to implement this low fee. This will NOT be added to anything I have posted for sale that is ready for personalization. This also doesn't apply to orders which have already placed. It is from now on.
4. Every tumbler will have random specks of glitter. Sometimes it may not be the color that is even on the tumbler. Sometimes it may even be on a tumbler thats NOT glittered! With over 150 bottles of glitter, let me tell you it is EVERYWHERE! On my floors, in my bed, IN THE AIR! So this is just unavoidable lol.
5. I aim to have every order out within 3 weeks. But since this is a hobby and I do run 2 businesses, work a job, and run with 4 kids, sometimes this is unavoidable. Also between Oct-Dec I usually have an influx of orders, and I can only do so many at a time so sometimes its a bit of a wait before I get to yours. Tumblers have many layers, and it takes a lot of time to do techniques, and each layer needs to cure in between. I always start custom orders in the order they were received. But sometimes one may be finished sooner if it does not have as many layers. If you are in a rush please tell me upon ordering and I will let you know if it is doable.
6. I will usually send photos along the way of your custom order to make sure I'm on the right track! I really want to make sure you are happy with my work. It is extremely difficult to change something on a cup and pretty much no chance of changing once its been epoxied over. So that is why I keep you in the loop. When finished you will ALWAYS, ALWAYS receive a photo of the finished order
