Please people keep your dog leashed

What's wrong with this photo?

All dogs must be leashed at all times when in public (unless in designated areas). This includes side roads and cemeteries.

Fines start at $105.

We believe you when you say your dog is the best trained, friendliest dog ever but everyone must abide by the bylaw, no matter the dog’s size or personality.
