Hey-o I am back to work today, after pursuing some life-long learning time with John Martin of Solar Temple Studio, guest master glass painting instructor at Wink Glass Studio. I have what I need to keep practicing, and I have it all close to hand 🖐️ I am looking forward to seeing my practice piece complete after firing, to assess the silver stain effect 💥☀️🔥

It’s Sunday! I really should . . . visit the new Chihuly at The Clay & Glass Gallery, admire the exhibits, then top it off with the mushrooms and turkeys in Our (Local) Woods ❤️

Closed today for the long weekend and 🌸 Summer is happening too quickly as usual - I hope everyone is enjoying a playful, restful and safe weekend. This sweet bird was specially made for gift-giving from one bestie to another, during a difficult time, and I hope it lightened two hearts 💕
