Our Tour de Fleece team was on fire! Together, our team of 25 spinners spun 44 kms of yarn! Go Team! 🎉 🧶

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Tour de Fleece 2026. We had so much fun spinning together, cheering each other on, and celebrating every kilometre. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Some of the folks from our Tour de Fleece spinning group “The Plying Squirrels” went on a little field trip this morning to Wellington Fibres, one of Ontario’s working fibre mills. We met the mohair goats, got a bit of an explanation on how the mill turns fleece into rovings and yarn, and did a little shopping. Many thanks to Donna of Wellington Fibres for having us!
