Life is a blank canvas, and yoga has taught me that what truly matters isn’t just what we see, but how we choose to see it.

As my Monday classes come to a close for the summer and my Red Barn sessions have just two classes remaining, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. Thank you to everyone who has shared their practice, their energy, and a piece of their journey with me.

Yoga has given me so much more than strength and flexibility. It has taught me presence, resilience, perspective, and connection. Sharing that with this beautiful community has been one of life’s greatest gifts.

This isn’t goodbye, just a little summer pause. Stay tuned… I may have a couple casual classes planned so we can stay connected, breathe together, and maybe even bring a friend along.

Until then, keep finding the beauty that’s already around you and within you.

This MONDAY September 9th my Hatha Yoga class begins. 7:00pm.

I’m so excited to spend this time with you…

As a teacher my goal is to be compassionate, and provide clear demonstration and verbal cues.

My promise to you is a class that will empower you, but keep you balanced. The movements paired with the breath are both healing and calming. You will leave each class stronger with a sense of peace.
