This drum was gifted to me on Saturday, August 30, 2025. Needs a new head, the top rim needs to be straightened/leveled....

This drum was gifted to me on Saturday, August 30, 2025. Needs a new head, the top rim needs to be straightened/leveled. A minor crack on the top rim needs repair. A BIG crack near the bottom needs major repair. The whole shell will need to be sanded and refinished. 13" diameter X 24.5" tall. Big restoration project, but definitely worth the effort, I believe!
