Hello Everyone!

I hope you all have had a wonderful start to your 2022.
I wanted to give a little update on what's happening here.

Moving and getting settled has been crazy. I didn't think it would take so long to start to move around the new house with ease but I think it's coming little by little.
My sewing/crafting area is coming along. I have been so inspired by nature since we moved and all of the driftwood I started to make these gorgeous macrame feathers.

I have always had a thing for feathers and am fascinated with the cool shapes and designs of driftwood.

Hello My Friends.

I have been MIA for a while because.....*drum roll please* 🥁

I MOVED!

From the beautiful mountains of Whistler to a small island off the coast of Vancouver Island called Saturna. 🏖

Here I am in one of the gorgeous spots on the island of course sporting a Sairy Band!
Our new house is taking shape and in the next few weeks, I plan on finally settling up my sewing space so I can begin creating again.

Big news!!!

I cut off my long beautiful locks and added a fresh new colour today.
It was much than just a haircut for me. It symbolized a very difficult 8 months and a true letting go. Thank you to the amazing Sarah Williamson for my new do.

Oh, and I haven't taken a picture in this awesome band yet and am pretty excited it about all.

Oh Hi There!!

It's been a hot minute hasn't it? How is everyone doing? I know for most of us the covid restrictions have ramped up leaving many back at home in lockdown.

Almost one month ago transitioned from working in a TD branch to working from home and needed a little bit of training. I am training on East coast time so currently am working from 3:00 am - 11:00 am and teaching dance 2 nights a week.

Needless to say, I haven't had much time for sewing but the light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer and will be finished in 5 weeks!

I still have a bunch of fabrics for new release and can't wait to get back to doing more of what I love.

Traditional large leopard print in soft flannelette fabric is the perfect accessory for all my neutral palette lovers. What a fun way to jazz up a nice simple outfit.

Happy Sunday everyone and the second official day of Spring. 🌻🌷

I am finally getting my hands into some new fabrics to release and as hinted, here come the animals!

I love this traditional not so traditional leopard print band. The colour adds a nice twist to a fun pattern we all know and love.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day! ☘️💚

I haven't posted in a little while but today I am rocking my green/black plaid band.

3 days ago I embarked on a new journey with TD and started working from home. Although just at home I have an awesome virtual team who all dressed up today. I even wore my old name tag.

I have early 3:00 am to 11:00 am training for the next three months but as soon as I give myself a little time to adjust I will have more time to sew in the afternoons.

I still have some fantastic new prints to release so stay tuned. 🐾
