What’s your therapy? 🤍🤠✨👢
Since my husband passed, I’ve been learning how to move through life in new ways… and I found something I didn’t expect — country line dancing.
The music, the movement, the people… it’s become my therapy. A place where I can breathe, smile, and just be in the moment again.
For those few hours, I’m not thinking about anything else — just dancing, smiling, and having the best time.
But what I didn’t expect… was the friendships. The kind that come out of nowhere and end up meaning everything. The kind that lift you up, support you, and truly change your life. 🤍
Healing doesn’t always look like sitting still. Sometimes it looks like a dance floor, great music, and people who remind you how to smile again.
